I have done A-levels and Foundation Art and Design I have always regretted not doing extra out of college work as it is a good addition to a CV and a great way to promote myself as an artist/designer. So when a forwarding e-mail was sent from York University asking for students to design garments for their Fashion show I jumped at the chance to be involved.
I e-mailed Hannah Mamoojoe who is the Fusion Fashion and Beauty coordinator explaining that i was really interested in creating a garment for the show. Hannah replied saying she would love to work with me and explained the theme of the show was playing games. The letter below was the attached letter that gets sent to Designers and Retailers.

Below is the link the the website which shows the success of last years show and promotes this years show.

My Brief is that I have to make a dress out of twister mats, however I would like to make something that is inspired by the shapes created when people play twister. I decided to get a group of people to play twister whilst I photographed them.
